Welcome

Welcome to our gorgeous Red Rock Cottage, our absolute beachfront new luxury 2-bedroom cottage, sitting at the edge of the ocean. We invite you to come, rest your soul, and create beautiful memories. 

The Cottage

Here you will find everything you need for a memorable stay. Each room has been carefully crafted with simplicity, a vintage air, and quality throughout; from the SMEG appliances, the beautiful linens, or a touch of chandeliers here or there.

The cottage is surrounded by birds, wildlife and our resident kingfisher family of birds. North facing, full of sunshine.   

We provide unlimited WIFI, a smart TV, all linen and towels including beach towels, kayaks and paddleboards. There is a hot outdoor shower by the patio deck, to relax under after spending time at the beach. 

(We choose not to supply disposable shower products, as we are committed to being environmentally sustainable in our practices.)

Activities

We are a perfect location to kayak or paddleboard (supplied with the cottage). Consider fishing, hunting for scallops for dinner (in season), or BBQ'ing under the trees on the patio deck. Panoramic views over the ocean, sit and watch the lights of Auckland city by night... If you are looking for something different, try cheesemaking, or our incredible personal chef! 

Our local village Clarks Beach

We have a lovely local restaurant (Chinwags), Thai, or a delicious takeaways - amazing fish burgers and fish and chips to eat while you watch the sun set!  A fabulous quaint hairdressers, liquor store, and dairy. For the golf lover, Clarks Beach Golf course - voted in the Top 10 country golf courses in New Zealand.
